Abstract

On December 3rd, 2014, the Italian Senate approved the law called Jobs Act. The social division which provided was an opportunity to test on field the theory of A. J. Greimas about the analysis of Anger. The field was a specific social network: Facebook. The digital texts involved are very different from the more traditional ones existing in the historical period of the greimasian study. It was observed the need to understand better their characteristics. To proceed with the analysis, anger textual marks have been identified to make evidence of: frustration, discontent, aggression, so that each comment could be classified according to standard rules as much as possible. The absence of an IT support platform, based on Semiotics, has obliged to design a specific Database, Tools and ways to interpret the signification processes generated by the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the Big Data. This condition has confirmed the need to propose a new segment of study and experimentation named Semiomatics.
