Which semiotic methodology after the end of the Linguist turning point? The case of the theory of enunciation

  • Claudio Paolucci

Abstract

For the purposes of this work is important to understand why, outside of semiotics, a certain way of approaching the problems of meaning and language by authors such as Barthes, Greimas, Benveniste, Lotman and Eco is perceived as irreducibly linked to the twentieth century and to the its way of posing problems, so that, in the opinion of many who are outside semiotics, today it does not seem to be valid anymore.
